The Girl Behind The Camera

Hello! Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out my photography. I've liked taking pictures for a while, but I really caught the bug when my family took a trip out West to the Grand Canyon. Then, people like to ask high school juniors and seniors, "what do you want to study in college?" or, "do you know what you want to do?". I decided to just tell people that I wanted to be a photographer to have an answer. The more I thought about it and actually took pictures, the more I realized, this was no longer a cop-out answer. 

As a photographer, I can:
  • set my own hours
  • work from home
  • not have to commute 
  • not have to get up super early
  • still can be a mom and homeschool 
I get to do something that I really enjoy, on my own time, and earn a little extra money for my family! Win, win, win, etc!

Problems With Technology

I created an Instagram account for my photographs and had a system set up where I would post to Instagram, it would post to tumblr, and tumblr would post here to the blog. It worked for a little while and then failed (for no understandable reason). I figured out another way to make the system work, which has now also failed (again, for no reason). I'm sorry about this. If you don't have an Instagram account, never fear! You can go to my page and still see my photos. I still post daily, so check in frequently! If I can ever get the programs to work again, I'll get it back to posting here for you all. I'm so thankful for your support of my photography!
